After a worrying routine GP appointment, I was referred to Royal Stoke to see a specialist. After managing to find a parking space (just!), I was seen early by the most lovely doctor. Having a male doctor performing an intimate exam can be very stressful and worrying but I was made to feel at ease and my limits were checked throughout.
Luckily, the results were as I’d hoped; I’d just like to say that my experience was made into something less scary by the great staff I witnessed today. Thank you.
