I was seen in the oral maxillo facial dept having been referred through A&E. The treatment I received both in A&E and your department was caring, efficient and professional . Given the current situation I can only marvel at the patience and courtesy I experienced in both departments.
As a retired NHS worker I am pleased to see those old fashioned values still remain.
