About: Hospital Of St Cross (Rugby)

After always loving St Cross following a long term stay when I was younger I was relaxed to know I was to have a pelvic ultrasound here today. I was hugely disappointed with the unsympathetic sonographer at my appointment. I suffer from health anxiety and needed a friendly face, of which I did not get! I have previously had the same procedure at SWIFT and the team were so empathetic and reassuring. This lady made me feel so uncomfortable and even more worried than when I walked in the building. My anxiety has since been through the roof!
