"Very Supportive"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

I went through Trauma, Assessment and Short Stay Wards over two days. In each case it was clear that staff were very busy but they were professional and had good people skills. They asked many questions on several occasions and ran continuous tests. At all times I felt they were in full control which made me feel comfortable given the circumstances. In most cases they were all very friendly and responded well to the little humour that I could muster. I should like to add that the same comments apply to the ambulance crew who attended me and took me to the QA.
