I got an appointment  here a few weeks after reporting an inflamed, very tender breast with a lump beneath the nipple, despite the current Covid situation! My GP thought it was probably an infected cyst and prescribed antibiotics, but decided to refer me to the breast Clinic anyway.   I too was treated with kindness, consideration and efficiency -within an hour I had had a physical examination, mammogram and scan!   Fortunately, they concluded it was nothing suspicious.
