The receptionists at this practice are absolutely first class. Whenever I call in they will always go out of their way to help me and are super friendly and polite. I have also witnessed how the reception team act with tremendous dignity and composure when having to deal with rude and unreasonable members of the public. Their work does not go unnoticed and our practice would be lost without them!

Thank you for this positive comment. Our reception team have worked so hard especially during the pandemic. They always act professionally and some days they do face challenges that they always respond to in a caring professional way.
