I made the mistake of arriving for an x ray at Carlisle when I should have been at Penrith but nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were very kind in fitting me in and extremely caring. What I was most impressed with was that before I had my x ray they introduced themselves by name and then took the time to explain what they were going to do Introductions are so important as it relaxes the patients. They also had a smile as sometimes through Covid it must be very challenging for them.

Can't praise them highly highly enough. A*******
