Every time I phone this gp practice I am placed in a ludicrously long queue which takes an absolute age to decrease. I suspect that there may only be one or two people on the phones and there should be a lot more
As I write this I am waiting for someone to answer and I have been on the phone for an hour plus. Totally unfair
The GPS in the practice are fine. The problem is most definitely trying to get through
Surely there has to be a better way than this
