"Managed care after a kind of knee dislocation"

About: King George Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a service user),

As it will be found on records I went for help to Queen's Hospital A&E because a painful issue on my left knee after falling stairs at home but discharged from Hospital in mid June 2020 since to complete a diagnosis an USS was required (instead of MRI as I live on a metallic heart valve) and that should be done as an outpatient at King George Hospital, instead.

While waiting for an appointment date and being apparently gaining recovery by myself I had, rather, a second issue, a kind of knee dislocation as I felt a 'click' on the same knee while just walking so, I was taken to Queen's Hospital A&E again in mid July 2020. Thereat I was told the same thing, an USS was required to find out the extent of the injury and I was sent home still under hurt, unable to walk around, and no other option than put up with such great pain.

I have not overcome pain entirely, I cannot walk around without sticks and any mistake at knee involved motion get me back into pain but I got my USS appointment by letter dated end of July 2020 and now, I have already undergone knee Lt USS at King George Hospital, this in mid August 2020, but I'm still under injury, on sticks and, any movement where my left knee has compromised is off. I need help.

Thus, as I have not been told anything further I, hereby, do a query for a follow up managed care. I would appreciate your help on this matter.
