I called to ask for a prescription issue, I stayed on the line waiting for my number in the queue, it took me about 30 minutes. The person that answered the phone, put me on hold three times to answer another line, then when I asked about my issue, was very rude and said “you have to hurry up, people are waiting outside’. Didn’t fix my issue, didn’t help at all, and I felt was rude in every word. I had less than 10 seconds on the call after being answered! I found it extremely rude and I am considering opening a formal complaint.
