"Expert care and attention"

I attended the day surgery unit for a biopsy. I was quite apprehensive given the nature of my condition and the procedure involved. From arriving at 8am through to being discharged in mid afternoon I have to say that the experience, perhaps not enjoyable, was handled in a very patient caring way and was conducted very quickly and efficiently. Everyone involved with my care showed a genuine desire to make this as straightforward and as comfortable for me during my short stay. From the nurses to the surgeon and anesthetist I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks for all your great work. To you all it might simply be your job but for me it was a one time experience that I was clearly worried about but with your expert care and attention I was clearly in good hands.
