"Explained simply but in great detail"

My own personal feelings of sharing this are in dedication to Dr Camilleri-Brennan and all the staff who took part in my time at Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

Everything was explained to me simply but in great detail regarding both the seriousness of my situation, the potential consequences and recovery procedure. The highest praise I can pay is the fact that I was treated as if I was their own child and anyone who has children can understand the effort, attention and dedication that requires. Mr Brennan’s calming yet authoritative presence and professional demeanor was a huge benefit to me and helped me enormously and gave me complete confidence that I couldn’t be in better hands in what could have been a very serious situation, you can’t put a price on that, especially as I had never received surgery before. I must also praise highly the lady at the pre-op anaesthetic procedure, forgive me, I can’t remember her name, she was half my size in terms of physical stature but she felt like a giant to me in terms of her presence, professionalism and calming influence. Everyone involved from the surgery to the ward staff and the domestic staff receives my most sincerest gratitude and made a difficult period very straightforward for me, I cannot thank them enough.
