"Eczema"

Stop scratching! Seriously? How many times have you been told this? ? No one knows what this ‘itch’ feels like. Once you start scratching one patch it carries on to another. No amount of creams or antihistamines will get rid of this itch. It’s so frustrating. I’ve been to dermatology had patch tests and photo therapy. Photo therapy worked brilliantly until the ‘tan’ faded and then all hell broke loose. At my wits end my doctor who wasn’t my original doctor gave me zipzoc dressings and what a difference! ! First time in a long time I haven’t sat and scratched myself into the bone. Long may it continue.
