"Rude receptionists"

About: Heatherview Medical Ctr.

(as a parent/guardian),

Called Heatherview twice in 2 days to arrange the 8 week jab appointment for my baby, as advised by my health visitor. Call 1 - I was told to call back tomorrow as the 'person who makes appointments isn't in' - very strange that there is only one person who can make appointments?

Call 2, the next day as advised. Spoke to a different receptionist who simply dismissed my request and was told 'you will be contacted'. When I questioned when that is likely to be, I was bluntly told 'within a week' then they hung up on me.

I understand that the staff may be under more pressure than normal but there is no excuse for being so rude!
