I called at 2pm for a slot to speak to a Doctor. The receptionist was polite and friendly. The Doc called me back within 30 minutes and was extremely helpful and genuine in his effort to gain sensitive info as well as offer a solution (not an easy thing to do via telephone, due to government restrictions!). A big thanks to all the hard working team at the medical practice. People have easily overlooked or misunderstood your “closed doors” as you not working, which is far from the truth. Stay strong and you have the support of your patients who are very appreciative!
