"Very helpful and polite staff "

I only actually called to see if the surgery was taking on new patients , and spoke to a very polite and helpful receptionist , She advised accordingly ,that at the present moment no new patients were being taken on from the local area . I explained that i had moved here a year ago and was very unhappy with my current surgery who had not seen me for a year . I am type 2 diabetic , and High BP which is fairly under control. The point is the receptionist was understanding and more than helpful . Im just sorry that i cant register . As it seems to have wonderful reception staff and that means a lot . I know as i use to be one a year ago for more than ten years . Superb , keep up the good work .
