Recently, my son required a hospital stay in Ward 29 at the hospital. The staff throughout the hospital were exceptionally helpful, professional and caring in all areas and generally without fault.

However, there was one notable staff member who caused us a great deal of distress. I was unable to discuss this at the time. I would very much welcome the opportunity to discuss (rather than leave blind negative feedback) this episode with someone who can properly close the feedback loop and consider my feedback.

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback following your sons stay within Ward 29. It was so nice to hear that the majority of the staff throughout the hospital were exceptionally helpful, professional and caring.
