"The doctor took his time to understand my issue"

Everyone I came across in this department where wonderful. I felt very relaxed and taken care of throughout my time there. The doctor took his time to understand my issue and listen to me. 

I also had to have a biopsy done, I was quite nervous as I have had this procedure done before and the doctor who carried it out did not listen to me when I said I could still feel it and it was extremely painful. I told the doctor who carried out my procedure this and she took her time to make sure I was comfortable and I could not feel a thing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience whilst I was there. Thank you!!!
