I felt like the CBT treatment was only somewhat useful, maybe it’s not for everybody and I fall into the category of those who don’t find it hugely beneficial. But the main problem was that when the sessions came to an end it felt very abrupt, like I wasn’t given much notice and considering I’m suffering from anxiety that itself wasn’t very helpful. I was asked to complete a form saying how I’ve changed as a result of the sessions and I honestly couldn’t think what to write. Looking back I don’t think I have changed very much as a result of the sessions and I therefore don’t feel like they have helped me.
