"Disappointing"

After waiting over 2 years for a referral to this department we finally got an appointment unfortunately this appointment was a waste of time after explaining the long 2 years of difficulties I was spoken over the top of and not taken any notice of about the skin condition and the daily battles with washing and it burning my face and body and leaving scars

I was then handed a prescription for medication that has been prescribed by my own gp on many different occasions And it not working Hence why a referral was made to this department i then take the prescription to a chemist to be told one item on the prescription is no longer available and hasn’t been available for some time !!

complete Waste of time attending this appointment as now back at square one with no further appointment made at the time to follow up treatment and no medication...
