"Frightened"

About: Conquest Hospital

I have had several MRI scans and I still do not now what is wrong with me. I have appointments cancelled and the letters I have had do not explain anything and I have been unable to contact anyone at the Hospital and am getting very frightened.

The Trust works very hard to provide a high and responsive standard of care for all patients, and so we are disappointed and sorry that this hasn’t been your recent experience. If you have not already done so, then please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) as soon as you are able to; they will be able to take some details from you and either make enquiries on your behalf, or arrange for you to be contacted by someone who can speak to you about your health concerns.
