"Poor monitoring"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (London)

I have a thyroid problem and I was supposed to be monitored. But I didn't get any letters or any other contact for months, and I went from being hyperthyroid to chronically hypothyroid to the point I lost a lot of my hair. Blood test monitoring done by nurses rather than endochrine consultants. Nurses often never there when I called. My email is anonymous as I don't want the staff to know it's me.
