About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

I was placed into hospital with a c.diff infection so moved into a side room. I had no access to a toilet or shower as there wasn’t one in the room and I wasn’t allowed to use the wards ones because of my infection. The nurse brought me a commode and I explained to them that I unfortunately can’t use them as my body wouldn’t let me but they didn’t listen to me. I also went days not knowing what was happening with me due my consultant not coming to see me.
