About: Bassetlaw Hospital / Ward B2

(as a service user),

I cant thank ward b2 staff enough they went above and beyond for me and made me feel at home and that I had someone to talk to they helped me through stuggles I had. I would like to name some names personally who I couldn't of got through without them being there I would like to thank Amy a hca for being there and going the extra mile for me to help me. Fern one of the nurses for always being there for me I still have my stitch picture and all the other hca nurses for just helping me get through the day I dont feel like I would of been able to start my road to recovery without them helping me every step of the way. Claire also who was my named nurse helped me through everything that she could do for me.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely response regarding the B2 team.

It is good to hear that you felt supported through your stay on the ward and had a particularly good rapport with some staff members. We know that pictures were very important to you.

It is always good to read feedback from patients as this helps us to shape our services that we offer.
