"Why is no one contacting me"

My outpatient appointment was cancelled in june 2020 i think this was because of covid19 as no explanation was given. The letter said it would be rearranged but no one has contacted me since to rearrange the appointment. Please can we have notification of when this is likely to be. Many thanks

I hope you receive a copy of this reply as you posted it anonymously. It's very likely it was cancelled due to Covid. All appointments that were cancelled were reviewed with clinicians. I would please ask you contact our Appointment Team so they can help you further. You can call 01484 355370. The lines are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 12noon
