"Great treatment in a safe environment."

About: Horton NHS Treatment Centre

Had my long awaited rotator cuff repair operation, which had been delayed due to Covid 19. Staff were all friendly, efficient & caring. I felt it to be a safe environment, all necessary practices in place regarding Covid 19.

My operation went ahead as scheduled, with very good attentive care from all the staff involved.

I have had follow phone calls to check on my progress, with future appointments in place.

Would recommend this facility to anyone awaiting treatment.

We are very mindful that our patients want to have their treatment in a clinically safe environment , particularly in view of COVID-19,and for staff to reassure them whilst they are in hospital.
