Mr Mohonaty, Amy and Anita should be commended on their excellent care, compassion and kindness.

I went into gynaecology outpatients for a not so dignified procedure. However, I felt so much ease. The doctor and nurses spoke to me on such a friendly and professional way. I did not feel undignified at all which is an extremely difficult task during a colosccopy. 

These professionals are certainly in the right job and should be proud of their work. Mr Mohonaty was very professional and ensured I was fully aware of the whole process and seemed to be well respected by his colleagues and vice versa to the nurses involved. 

Thank you so much for your kindness and help today. I don't think the care could have been better.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback for us following your recent visit to the gynaecology outpatient department at Pilgrim hospital. The Whole team are passionate about upholding the trust values of compassionate, safe, patient centred care and it is therefore really rewarding when we receive comments such as yours that reflects that we are getting it right. We understand that having to come for a colposcopy appointment can be a very anxious time for most women and I was so pleased all the staff were friendly, professional and showed you excellent care, compassion and kindness, which in turn enabled you to feel more at ease. I will ensure that your lovely comments are passed on to the whole team and in particular those you have taken the time to name personally. May I wish you well.
