(as the patient),

I am overwhelmed by the level of care I received, it was second to none and is much appreciated.   I had to first be tested for the Covid - this procedure was seamless.   Then I had a colonoscopy and the nurses were so caring and attentive.   They took the time to walk me to the door after my procedure and greeted my husband who was collecting me.   I couldn't have been treated any better if I was the queen.
