"Minor Injuries visit"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

Staff at door made me remove my gloves. Their manner was offensive. I am at high risk and wear protective gear when out. I sanitise with gloves on and wash hands with gloves on if I need to use the toilet. Then I sanitise again.

In one and half hours i was in waiting room no one wiped down chairs as they became vacant. My doctor's practice nurse previously said I should wear my gloves.

Update posted by Sinc (the patient)

I hope this thoughtless behaviour will not have put me at risk.

I think the staff need to be better trained, and their manner to patients needs to be improved
