"Welcoming"

About: Hinchingbrooke Hospital

This was follow up appointment from treatment last October to remove a BCC on nose.

Despite the Covid-19 restrictions the staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming.

Today, I received a letter detailing what was done and agreed. It was such a friendly letter. Staff must all be so busy at this time, yet they did not stint on their time to send an informative letter explaining everything. Thank you Plastics and Dermatology.
