"Worst practice in GP "

My today's experience in this GP was memorable (in a bad way) and educative. I came on time, but was asked to wait. Waiting wasn't a problem, you should have seen the surroundings where they have asked me to wait! - at the rear area, through the back door next to the rubbish bins and bins with clinical waste and used mops storage!! I understand, that we are surviving during pandemic times,and need to keep the distance, but this was beyond the imagination !!

After a while I was asked in, and the nurse was drinking the tea and complained that I'm interrupting her tea break. Excuse me, but I've arrived for my appointment at the time that was arranged by GP.

On top of that I was questioned if I had a spare mask. After a short explanation, I realised that the nurse didn't like the one she was wearing (too loose). So since when NHS does not supply their medical institutions with face covers?

I now await the management of GP to take actions and to start value their patients more please.
