There is no point in explaining how me and my family were disrespected for 5 years until today by a receptionist, whenever a member of my family calls or goes there and it's always treated badly by the same lady. I think she as something against my family

The last time was on 08/20/20 I called her to make an appointment for my 16 year old son, according to her I could only talk to the doctora on the phone but it had to be just my son to explain, I explained that it would be I better talk to the doctor, she insisted, as I didn't agree, she simply hang off the phone.

Honestly I am surprised how this lady continues to work since I saw her disrespect many people before.

I am extremely concerned that you have had a negative experience. I would really like the opportunity to discuss your concerns further with you. Please contact the surgery at your earliest convenience and ask to speak with the Practice Manager. Please note that all initial contacts with the GP must be a telephone consultation. If the GP needs to see the patient, arrangements will be made for a face to face consultation. Many thanks
