You had next to no chance of a same day appointment before Covid and it's even worse now.
The Dr's seem to be ok and I can't complain of any treatment I have had but the reception staff are rude, at best!
Made contact on behalf of my parents and despite the important content of my contact, I was told I could not have a response and it would not be acted on. I believe this to be a possible safeguarding issue.
My Mother was spoken to terribly after attending the surgery to query a prescription. No answer for so long that it was quicker to physically attend!
Poor, very poor! Been here for many many years, however Familiarity breeds contempt!
