"Amazing care delivered by Hexham Day Treatment centre"

My husband and I recently visited the Hexham Day Treatment centre and were very impressed with the level of professionalism and care provided. The staff were without exception, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The key nurse who took my husband though the process was brilliant, and deserves particular thanks for the way she dealt with us. The Consultant and the theatre nurses "could not have been better".   Although I have experience in health care, having been a nurse and working as and inspector for the Care Quality Commission for many years, my husband does not, and he was amazed at the way the experience was made almost pleasant because of the way the care was  delivered.   Thank you for being there when we needed you!
