Why do you have a national health pharmacy and also a franchise pharmacy I gather all outpatients prescriptions are outsourced to a franchise company Which have an appalling reputation for keeping people waiting I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for my prescription and missed my transport home causing me a further delay of another 1 1/2 hours in future I will insist On on receiving an NHS prescription which I believe which I believe is green in colour whereas the franchised pharmacy is blue. In my opinion, another case of franchise businesses failing
