I rang the surgery for help after a bee sting was getting worse after seven days.
The receptionist told me it was impossible for her to speak to the doctor for me like they used to be helpful before the Covid epidemic happened. She told me to do an e-consultation I found that had changed it was so tremendously laboriously long and stressful to fill out. Gosh could one not just type in what my problem was.
Also being a Thursday morning was advised that I mightn’t Get a reply till Friday night @t 6.30 pm. I don’t find this satisfactory at all. I wonder how I will have to cope now anymore. We used to get an appointment to see a doctor when it was necessary if we rang the surgery at 8.30am the same day. I also rang for help at the start of the lockdown and was very curtly put off. I don’t feel confident about the health centre any more I’m sad to say.
