"Accident"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Accident & Emergency Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Trauma and Orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I fell on an escalator in January and was taken by ambulance to RIE.

The team that treated and looked after me were amazing, I was kept informed and treated with helpful kindness throughout from A&E to ward (s).

Post trauma I received Physio in my local community and again, such a friendly, positive service. Thank you NHS staff.

Update posted by RIE2020 (the patient)

Thank you very much to take the time to acknowledge my feedback and so pleased to say, I am making a full recovery.

My friends tell me it is difficult to see which ankle was so badly injured. `Am so appreciative of the skill of the surgeon and his team. Thanks again.
