All staff, from Paramedics to ‘nurses’ Doctors and Consultants during my brief visit were incredibly responsive, reassuring and active in my treatment. I still experience daily pain from my accident but the support and medical care received through Blackpool Victoria A&E was perfect and additionally, reduced the emotional impact of the experience.
