"Poor location"

Firstly I am a lover of this hospital as they do great work but cannot understand where they have moved blood tests to. Went yesterday and was directed to the discharge suite, had to queue along with approx 20 others in corridor with sick patients wheeled past in beds and wheelchairs moving between wards for tests/theatres etc, impossible to distance and risking everyones health, head of operations needs to look at this urgently. Was safer being back in usual mezzanine floor. Poor staff doing their best to get waiting patients in to a small room to book in and then another wait in another corridor to await being called in to get bloods taken by 4 very harassed overworked phlebotomists. My thanks and appreciation for coping with us all just a shame your bosses have no clue how to place and run it all.
