About: Woodend Hospital / Pre-operative Assessment Clinic

(as a service user),

I was quite nervous about the appointment and surgery, my appointment was with a nurse called Claire.   She was brilliant! !   Friendly, so easy to talk to, took time to put me at ease, never made me feel rushed.   She really made it quite a pleasant experience.
