Tried to ring 3 times regarding a patient. Was ringing for 10mibs each time with no answer. This is not nice when you are worried about a family member and you can't find out what's happening after 8hrs of been taken in

hello - thank you for your comment and I am sorry you are having difficulty in contacting the Trust. We understand that it is a difficult time for patients and their family as visiting is restricted due to covid. However the Trust has set up a phone line for family members to contact if a member of your family Is currently an inpatient. The number for the relatives line is - 01274 272747 and the lines are manned 7 days a week between 10.15am - 5.30pm.

Alternatively you can also call the patient experience team to help - we are open Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm 01274 364810
