"Rude and disrespectful staff"

I have ongoing medical concerns, and every time I ring up to get an appointment with the doctor, the reception staff are incredibly rude to me. I've been denied appointments by them for various reasons, including "phoned at the wrong time", "won't share details of medical history", etc. I've also had them completely dismiss my concerns and write down incorrect and slightly mocking descriptions, e.g. "sore throat" instead of "swollen lymph nodes", so I see the nurse instead of the doctor.

The doctors are pleasant enough, but the trouble of trying to get to see them is unbearable.
