My wife is registered at this practice,fortunately I am not The first problem you cannot get through on the phone, if you manage for your call to be answered. The answer is all appointments are taken ring again tomorrow, it's a absolute shambles.As I said I am not with this practice, I can ring my surgery and the call is answered quickly and they can make a appointment the same day or the following day So I am able to compare the two practices.
