"mistreated by staff"

About: Springfield University Hospital (London)

(as other),

Hi there I was admitted to Ward 3 following a mental health issue and I was sectioned under section 2 from Kingston A and E.

I believe I was mistreated during my time in hospital by staff and was abused by being punched in the face by a patient who afterwards continued to stay there. I was told a doctor would see me and I made a complaint to the police but a senior member of staff that day told the police it had been handled which was untrue.

I applied my own first aid training to solve the matter. My family abroad has been badly affected too..

I was in a room at the hospital and the patient opposite me was on a 3 to one which made me feel like I was constantly monitored too. I was discharged last week.
