Our little girl had a series of feeding and allergy issues which resulted in two hospital admissions in January 2020. We were then given April as our dietician who time and time again went above and beyond in her role. As our daughter was our first baby, April had the tricky job of supporting our little girl but also her parents and she couldn’t have been more supportive or caring. She pushed for support from Aberdeen and with that advice and April’s follow through we managed to get our daughter tube free by her first birthday. In the midst of Covid and (I imagine) lots of demands on April’s time the unwavering support continued. Without April on our side, we do not believe we would have got the outcome we wanted so quickly. We cannot speak highly enough of her.

Firstly let me congraulate you on the birth of your little girl. It sounds like this was both a wonderful experience and a challenging one all at the same time.

I am delighted to hear that throughout your journey that April was able to provide great support and arranged additional help from Aberdeen. It is always lovely to hear such wonderful accounts of patients experiences.
