"Trusted my notes over my own experience"

About: East Glade Centre

(as a service user),

Psychiatrist told me my experiences were wrong - trusted my notes over my own experience, despite my request to see this staff member because I felt my prior consultant didn't understand what I was trying to say.

Records were incorrect and I felt it was implied that bisexuality was indicative of a personality disorder.

No medication options were discussed.

Prior diagnoses which were removed because it was agreed by many people, who met me more than once, that they were incorrect. After an hour with me, they were added back in, but it hadn't been communicated at all to anyone about how this should impact my care (and it should, based on what that diagnosis was)
