(as a service user),

I am currently working with CGL to become free of drugs. My key worker, Alexandra, is going out of her way to help me. Apart from long waiting times to get an initial appointment, the service is easily available to anybody who wants to make a change in their life. Alexandra and CGL gave me a hope for a new, drug free life; all I have to do is follow their advice. Thank you! ! !

Thanks for your feedback and Ill pass this on. I'm a bit worried about why it took you so long to get started with us as we don't really have waiting times. we are an open access service and anyone can be assessed very quickly in person or n the phone.

The most important thing is your are doing well now.
