My regular 6 month appointment didn't happen because of Covid, and replacement parts were sent that appeared different.
Phoned yesterday, and when the next slot wasn't until late September, Lee arranged for me to come in straight away. He explained that they had used my records, but the parts did look different.
He fitted one replacement set and gave me an alternative set to take away, and explained any discomfort would show quite quickly.
This morning I have swopped to the ones that better match the previous set.
Some lateral thinking, a wonderful manner, professional and caring behaviours - Musgrove Park Hospital providing first class service once again.
