"Receptionist wholly unsuitable"

About: Summerlee Medical Centre

I can only agree with the other reviews that the receptionist is completely unsuited to her role. I have so many stories about her lack of professionalism and lack of respect for patients I don't know where to start. I see the practice have replied to one of the posts asking complainants to speak to the 'practice manager' - if only anybody knew who this was. Is there anything patients can do about the receptionist??
