All 3 staff made my mum feel very relaxed as soon as they greeted her. They were all very patient, reassuring and kind. There was one particular staff member who looked after my mum during the procedure who was extremely gentle and was constantly asking her if she was okay and comfortable. She presented with a warm and jovial nature which really helped alleviate my mum’s anxiety. She even helped my mum get back to our car where I was waiting for her.
They are a credit to their profession and the NHS.
